FinHive is a personal and business finance management app developed by InvoHive. FinHive helps users manage personal expenses, business income and expenses, invoices, receipts, business profiles, budgets, goals, and GST/tax estimate helpers.
This Privacy Policy explains what information FinHive may collect, how it is used, how it is stored, and how users can request support or delete their account.
FinHive may collect and store information that you enter into the app or generate while using the app. This may include account information, personal finance data, business finance data, invoice data, receipt images, business logo uploads, and app settings.

FinHive separates Personal and Business workspace data. User-specific cloud data is intended to be stored under authenticated user identifiers.
Firestore and Firebase Storage rules should restrict access so users can access only their own records and files.
Passcode or biometric lock data should be stored locally and securely. Passcodes should not be stored as plain text.
While FinHive takes reasonable steps to protect user data, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
FinHive does not intentionally sell your personal finance or business finance data.
Your data may be processed by service providers required to operate the app, such as Firebase, Google services, Apple services, or other infrastructure providers.
FinHive may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the app, or others.
Users can delete their FinHive account from inside the app.

The delete account flow requires confirmation before deletion. Deleting your account may remove your account profile data, personal finance data, business finance data, invoices, receipts, business logo files, app settings, and associated account data where technically available.

FinHive keeps your information while your account is active or as needed to provide app features. If you delete your account, FinHive will attempt to delete associated account data and user-created data where technically available.

FinHive is not intended for children under 13. FinHive does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
